Video Scrolling with parallax

Hi

I want do in a Adobe Edge Animate one web site with parallax effect. I know do that with images and text but I want interact with a video (Image sequency)

How can I create one web page with a video in background and when I scroll the page with parallax technology the video start to front or to back like this: http://360langstrasse.sf.tv/tutorial/4/

Exist any tutorial how I can see for do one thing like this in Adobe Edge Animate?
