I need help embedding mailchimp subscription form :(

I have an edge animate page and I love edge animate!!! I am trying to put in a super slim subscrption box and button, and I just cant seem to do this right? Should i put it in a clear symbol ? Im lost and i need help. Ha Ha But I want to say that adobe has done a great job with Edge animate!!!!
