Edge Animate loop glitch?

Hi,

I'm new to Animate Edge and have made my first web banner. I come from a design background with no coding experience. Upon testing my web banner on various devices i have found it looks fine on iMac, Powerbook & Nexus 4 mobile phone. However it suffers the same glitch on 2 different iPads.

The glitch is at the end of the timeline when the animation loops back to the first frame. Instead of a seamless fade to blue a remnant of the picture (layer OPERA_HOUSE_LR2) makes a nano second appearance at 100% opacity.
