Animation and Hover Effect Not Working Properly

I am having a strange issue where all of the sudden my animation and hover effects have stopped working properly. They work fine locally, but when I upload the files to the server the images show and everything, but the animation and hover effects don't work. Not sure why this is because it used to work fine.
