How to integrate my existing javascript game with edge animate?

Hi,

I have a simple memory game done with javascript and jquery. I am doing a project with edge animate and I was wondering if I can bring the game into it?

I can find tutorials on how to bring AE projects to existing html5/javascript sites but not the other way.

Can it be done? if so any tips?
