How do I put an Edge Animate animated header into the Header of a WP Woothemes Canvas Site?

I've installed the Edge Suite plugin in WP and tried to replace the specific PHP I need to replace, but the directions about how to display my animation instead of the header (with PHP) were vague (to say very the least). What PHP code should I replace specifically? What else should I do? Can anybody help me? Or do I need to talk to Canvas
