Delaying multiple Edge Animate assets until visible on an infographic

Hi,

I have a problem with an infographic i am creating with Edge animate.

I want the inforgraphics elements to appear as you scroll into the area like the infographic here

Is this possible in Edge animate to do? really struggling to find the solution within Animate.
