Actions outside the stage

My site is nearly done with stage 1. Thanks everyone for your help.

My question is that I want to have a click that effects a symbol, even outside of the stage.

I created a Welcome graphic that only appears if you are a first time visitor. I want that to go away when you click the browser, even outside the stage. Is there a way to do that in Edge Animate?
