DIV (Rectangle) no display in Google Chrome

Hi,

is there someone with an idea? Already tried overflow hidden and additionally keyframes for position etc. Image may be NSFW.

One Rectangle in this simple Edge Animation will not show up in chrome ...only when i resize the window. I could swear that everything was working fine in previous chrome version.
