animation bugs out when clicking on icons

Hi

I have 4 icons which just fade in and stop

You can click on each one which opens a url

when i click on an icon, page opens but when i go back to the page , all icons appear frozen and middle of the animation

sometimes it does it and sometimes it is ok

i have also put a stop action on the last frame

Please advise
