How could I make 2 animation loop at different times ?

Hi

I am working on a project and I am trying to make 2 animation to loop at different times

for example:

1st animation:

I have moving mountains that I want to move very slow and repeat after 1 min

2nd animation

I have electric poles that moves way faster and repeat after 10 second?

How could I make that happen in Adobe animate ?
