Responsive scaling - Downscale not Scale Up

Hello,

I have an animation that is centered and I would like to use the feature 'responsive scaling' in Adobe Edge.

When the animation is downscaled it is great, but when I see the animation on a big 27 inch

screen it scale up terrible. I understand that.

Is it possible to tell, that when the browser is bigger than 1024px, the animation don't need to scale up.

So if the resolution is bigger than 1024px, the animation stays on his normal resolution. But when the

resolution is smaller than 1024px the animation will downscale to the right resolution.

Is there a script that I can use or has anyone have another solution.
