Have event fade out when another label is triggered to play.

Hello, I have an issue that seems simple, but it has been eluding me all morning.

I have a "menu" that is going to be embeded into a lighbox, and when you click a topic, the text is supposed to fade in. And that works GREAT!

Now the problem is when I click another topic, it just fades in on top of the others. What is the best way to fix this?

here is a quick screenshot of my timeline of the triggers and labels etc...they are just simple plays and stops, with the buttons sourcing to the labels.

I got them to show up but now I want them to go away when I click something else haaha.
