Jump to position from external URL

Hi,

is it possible to jump to a specific frame/label using an external URL parameter?

eg i have an edge page www.domain.com/homepage.html starting normal with the label "start", followed by "one", "two", "three"... By calling the URL eg www.domain.com/homepage.html?start=three it should start the page with at the position of the label "three".
