Hello, I'm very new to web developing and in particular, new to Edge Animate so apologies for that.
I have a logo in the middle of a web page. Whenever the mouse hovers over this logo, I want another shape over the top to appear, to almost fade out the logo below, with the opacity this shape about 60% also with text at opacity 100% above the shape above the logo.
Any ideas how to do this? I looked at tutorials and other question but they were to difficult for me to understand as I am new to this!
