Why won't my animation load in IE10?

I've got this animated E-Vite that plays fine in Safari, Firefox and Chrome on Mac and okay in Chrome on Windows, and oddly enough it plays in IE9 on Windows. But my test machine is running IE10 in Windows 7 and for the life of me, I can't get the animation to play.

Will NOT play in IE10 on Windows, but apparently plays fine in IE9. Is it just my installation of IE10 that is wonky?

Any thoughts?
