Animation doesn't load in IE 9

Hi, this animation runs fine in IE 10 & 11, as well as Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. The down-level stage image loads okay in IE 8, but neither the animation or image shows up in IE 9. Any ideas why this isn't working?
