As usual Edge Animate completely stymies me. Please take a look at the attached example file hierarchy and tell me (in English for people of extremely low intelligence) what I am supposed to do.
As you can see I have 8 million files created by the simplest possible Edge Animate file when I publish to a folder called Example. Which of these files am I supposed to use and upload? I've been working on a simple slideshow for weeks and my client has been able to proof it on his laptop using Explorer the whole time. Today, for no reason whatsoever, Edge decided not to publish anything Explorer can understand. All settings were the same. Yes I did check the box asking for a Google iFrame for IE.
But I'm not sure which files to upload. Half the time judging by the system clock, the new files are created at the root level. Half the time they aren't. I get inconsistant results on my Mac between Safari and Firefox and similar inconsistancies on my PC between Explorer and Firefox. Also, when I publish, the program duplicates every photo in the site tand puts them in its sub-folder, meaning I have 20 Mb of duplicate photos to upload every time.
