Error publishing edge 1.0 creation in Edge 3

I'm getting errors when trying to publish a file created in edge 1.0 and then re-save after opening in edge 3, but then when publish i get an alert message.  This happens unless I untick all of the boxes in the publishing options dialogue box.  There are no specifics given in the error message.  All it says is that it will need to shut down and save all work, but publishing is not successful after opening in 3.0, but it is error free in all other versions when I publish for web with all boxes ticked (Chrome box, CDN, Static HTML).  Thanks in Advance for any help.  Would be greatly appreciated.
