I have a rather simple animation I created in Edge. It consists of an object (outline of a robot) that "rolls" over a field of text before coming to a stop at the right-hand side of the page. Once it reaches the edge, I have that image disappear, and a different one - a single image of the robot facing the viewer, appear instead. So, simple in execution. I have two versions - and two files - for the animation, one which is H and one which is V. For testing purposes, I decreased the stage size on the V version to abut 748 by 1008 to see if that would matter and it didn't.
I imported the OAM files into InDesign, and put a delay in the settings and shrunk the placeholder to fit the screen. They previews beautifully in my Overlays and Folio preview screens and in the browser testing in the Edge versions as well.
Here are two screen shots (though not sure how useful they would be) to show the animation path/s.
Whenever I go to view it in my iPad's Adobe Content Viewer, only the first half of the animation - the part where the outlined image rolls across the screen - plays. Once it reaches the end point, it simply vanishes and the second part of the animation never takes place. </p>
I am not sure what I'm doing wrong.
I don't know how to add the Edge files to this posting - but would be happy to do so.
Any and all help would be very appreciated.
