Save Animation As .mov File

Hi, I'm Jack

    I just recently downloaded Adobe Edge Animation and was trying to email my animation to a family amber of mine but he docent have Adobe Edge Animation so I am trying to convert the movie to a .mov file. If you could help that would be super!
