Pixelated text or Anti-aliasing

I'm trying to develop a way to do this text animation with Edge

Unfortunately, Edge is giving me a pixelated text, at least in Safari and Chrome.

But it looks much better in firefox. : \

The text in this animation is "live text". Should it be an image to solve this kind of problem ?
