Perspective rotateY ?

Ok so its hard to explain what Im looking for so I've drawn something that hopefully will explain  it better :

I know I need to use for example

perspective:150px;

transform: rotateY(-20deg);

via .css in JQuery but I haven't really any idea of how to go about it, any one want to create and demo and talk me threw it if possible?

Also I was thinking of doing it with Symbols for easy access to edit inside of them...

Anyways how the drawing was "helpful"
