i'm using a reset at the top of my css but still getting a total of 20 px added to w and h

I'm using a reset at the top of my css but still getting a total of 20 px added to width and height of all my edge comps when I place the oam file in my html.

My xml file says the dimensions of my file are 202x434 but they appear to be picking up 20 pixels for width and height somewhere.

I could change this manually but I'd like to know where it is ppicking up those extra pixels so I can take care of it now rather than wonder why something isn't working correctly down the line.  I have a resets that puts 0px for margin, border, padding on all tags.
