video not loading in Chrome

Good morning !

I have this test page of a project I am working now. First time in Edge. Used to use Flash.

I have this page with a video. It downloads in Safari and Firefox but it doesn't work in Chrome.

I thought was the size of the movie, but I just encode the video again it it is the same. The video is only 11M....
