Rotating circles and changing position?

Hi,

Im totaly new at edge, so Im not sure if I did that right.

I´ve got two questions:

1. Why does it looks good in firefox and not in chrome?

2. I´ve got fixed height, and if a circle could get out of the stage, I wanted to animate, that the circle decreases the distance to its connected circle, how can I do that?
