Edge Animate upon opening indicates that it has failed to obtain port and must exit. Can somebody please help me identify where the problem might be. So far I have disabled windows firewalls, have uninstalled security protection program, and have asked for HP Pavillion Support but to no avail. We cant come up with a solution to troubleshoot the program. The Adobe contact response team havent been able to solve the problem either and are asking me to get a technician to fix it up but they cant even locate where the problem is coming from. The app has been installed and reinstalled at least three times. Is there a problem with the activation of this app on a Windows 8 platform? How else can I get this app to function?
