How to create mouse parallax

I am looking for mouse move parallax effect in edge animate. If you aren't getting my words then check this out (Paul Trani | Follow Mouse Movement in Edge Animate). After this tutorial I am able to make my background image move with my cursor. But the problem is that it works with X position I don't know how to do this with Y axis since its linked with timeline.

Hope I'll get a solution here.
