How to change charset to Eurpoean Ocidental?

By default, Animate uses charset="utf-8" so, when I use charaters like "coração" (I'm portuguese) the browser renders it with strange characters. The solution is opening all the files created by Dreameaver and chage the encoding in the page properties panel. But I wanted to avoid that tedious task.

Is any way to change the encoding natively in the Animate file?
