JS files outside of JS folders

Hi all,

When I Publish an animation, the 'x_edge.js' file hangs out outside of the js/ folder, even though I've specified that js files are to use a js/ subfolder. When I create a js folder and tuck the file in it, it breaks the animation. I hate having a loose js file in my website outside of a js folder. Is there a fix for this?
