New to Animate - How do I move the mouse over a square and have the square turn over?

Pretty much like a playing card. I want to have the card appear face down, and when the mouse moves over it the card turns face up. Then when the mouse leaves, the card flips back over. Is this possible in animate? Are there any good video tutorials available if so?
