Preloader Troubleshooting (Page doesn't load)

Hello folks,

i have some major problems with the preloader in edge and i don't yet know how to solve them:

I have a small page created that has 3 or 4 videos embedded. I have set the preloader to polite and i want the videos/content to preload completely before the page starts. I published it as web content with a seperate preloader DOM (doesn't make a difference though..) and static html.

For some reason, the preloader loops infinitely and it doesn't continue.. sometimes when refreshing the page, it will work - but this is not acceptable.

Is there a way to find out what is actually causing these problems? The console output in the browser is not very helpful..

Any help is greatly appreciated - i'm stuck
