I get a red error alert box "Edge Animate - Exception" whenever I open Animate 2.14.1 (5.0.1) on my iMac OS X 10.10.1
I've:
- Verified/repaired disk permissions
- Restarted the Mac in both normal and safe mode
- Uninstalled/reinstalled from the cloud app
- Signed out/back in from the cloud app
- Tried the cloud cleaner tool, but per the instructions to uninstall Edge before running it, the tool didn't even see Edge to "clean" it
Any help on this appreciated - I haven't seen any posts on this since the latest release in October.
PS: Edge works fine on my PC laptop!?
