Animation doesn't run in Firefox and Internet Explorer?

I've created an animation. It runs fine in Google Chrome and Opera but it doesn't run at all in Firefox and Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

Any ideas? It looks like it is loading the files in Firefox and Internet Explorer but ends up moving right to the last image in the animation.
