Sticky Header and fooder with scroll effect !

I'm on a problem I can not solve since two days
I am trying to make a prototype of a mobile application , but I can not fix the Header and fooder during a scrool effect.
I just started and I'm trying to find lines of code , although I was a novice , but I found nothing that works ...
If someone would have the solution to my problem I would be extremely grateful
