Files are uploaded to the server & no it only sometimes display in a web browser (if at all). There is only one file it is an OEM with images that are grouped into 3 folders. HELP!

Files are uploaded to the server. Server Information is correct. The website will load SLOWLY (if at all).

There is only one file in my dreamweaver file and it is an edge animate OEM. 

Note: the images in the Edge animate file are grouped into 3 folders.

I have researched till I am blue in the face and can't figure out what is wrong. Here is the website:

Note: It just shows the load message and will sometimes load or not. Depends on the day, lol.
