Having an issue with regarding animation scale in mobile

I made this moziac slide show at the request of a client. I am loving Edge Animate, but this issue has me somewhat stumped.

I can get the animation to scale responsively in browser but it stays full width when viewed with any phone. Any help with this issue would be awesome.
