One click rotation of element

Hi I am new to edge animate and I am wanting to use an image of a control knob to rotate it by 35 degree increments left and right using some buttons for each incremental element.

Is this possible as Im finding it difficult to simply integrate.

I just want to use the code elements for Adobe Edge Animate CC.
