Edge Animate: Detect if 5 items are dropped on theirs tagets and display a 'Well done' message

I was hopgin this would be pretty straight forward, but have yet to find a way to do it, or a tutorial that covers it online.

I originally followed the Paul Trani video tutorial for dragging and dropping items on a target, which is really userful, (Drag and Drop in Edge Animate Part 2: Multiple with Touch - YouTube)

Now I want to add the code to detect when all item are dropped on their targets, to then display a simple 'well done' text or graphic. I've had a post up on StackOverFlow for about a year now without a valid answer.
