How do you add hypertext links to animation elements?

Hello

I would like to add <a> to animation elements in Edge Animate.

I used the Publish settings to render the animation into a web format only to notice that the files cannot be customised like you do when you create animations with js manually.

How would you add HTML anchors in Animate?

The page at the URL below suggests you should create a literal link as an action in Animate,

but it does not explain how this can be done:
