Enable responsive scaling at runtime?

Greetings

I'm creating an interactive module that will be displayed on desktop and tablet device. I would like to encapsulate both desktop and tablet into 1 edge file and only publish once, however the tablet version would need to have responsive scaling enable and I was wondering if it possible to do this at runtime?
