Help I need a symbol and an seperate element to play at the same time

I am lost I have no idea how i am missing this. Here are the files

I need the element quad1 in the symbol top_slide_nav to play

top_slide_down_nav

and play

the symbol quad_1_nav on the stage

(so they both move to the right on the touch of quad1)
