Symbols/buttons in parallax scrolling scene that when clicked send you to a part in the scene?

Is this possible to do? I am working on a parallax scrolling scene and some symbols come in from off the stage and my hope was to make them clickable and that would then send the persons window to that specific part in the parallax scene.
