phone-gap build for iphone popping into full-screen mode?

Hi I am using PhoneGap to make iOS and Android apps from an Edge Animate project.

Android and and iOS on iPad are fine. Unfortunately on iPhone the mp4 videos fit themselves to full screen and play on top covering all the UI elements.

Does anyone know how to work around this iPhone issue, to get the video play inline and most-importantly that the Edge Animate UI elements remain visible/active.

EA 1014.1.1 Win7 64bit.
