My Adobe Edge Animation has an extremely long load time, or an extremely slow load time.

I cannot seem to figure out why.
The graphics are low-resolution .jpg files.
The publish file is only 400kb (that's including all the pics/photos)
It's a fairly straight-forward interactive animation.
My Pre-Loader is set to "Immediate", not "Polite".
I cannot figure out why it takes almost 30 seconds for this to load.
Even when I make a test page that contains ONLY this animation.
