Skew Rectangle, right hand side only

Hello

Im trying to make a book opening animation like in this example here Miles House » Childbase end tab , the book shelf

Using the code below I can skew the object , but i want to pin the left hand side down like in the example

'transform':'skew(0deg,10deg)',

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
