I have 2 targets for my current project, Windows PC and iPad 3. Other device compatibility is good but these are what we provide the students with. I built my test at 2048x1536 which is the retina resolution. It scales nice to the pc screens. I'm wondering if it would be better to target the smaller res of the pc's and let the iPad scale it up. Also, should I keep in 4x3 aspect ratio of the iPad so it capitalizes on all of the screen?
