Is there a way to use code to Tween an element in Adobe Edge?

For instance, on mouse over of the main stage, a CTA is targeted, and scaled up, on mouse out it is scaled down.

Flash had it's native "Tween" class (reference: Tween - Adobe ActionScript® 3 (AS3 Flash) API Reference )

I've been looking at this ( Adobe Edge Animate CC JavaScript API ) and it seems like this isn't possible?
