How Can I Get Edge Animate To Play Animation On Mouse Over Once and Then Not Play Again If The Mouse Enters?

Hi There,

I having trouble getting an animation to only play once on a mouse hover (mouse over / mouse enter) and not play again if the mouse is hovered over again. If i hover the mouse over the animation plays perfectly, however when I move the mouse over again it will restart the animation.
