Hi all, hope that you all can help me to solve this issue on my company's website.
Here is the URL to the animation file which created using Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014.1 version: Messing with the mind - Nation | The Star Online
When open it in desktop and android device, it works just fine and smooth; but when open it in iOS browser as well as in iOS mobile browser, it will hang after click on the play button or after two slides, and the page will reload after the freezing happens.
Can any of you kindly advice what can I do to solve this? By resizing the file size? Or any other possible solution?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
